Objectives

Quality
The benchmark of quality for a site is dependent on typically a large number of factors. Our underlying goal is to insure a high-quality user experience, free of any inhibitors such as speed, code errors, or other factors. All sites receive a professional presence fitting the goals and objetives of the client. A high quality site should allow a user to access all tools and features without any thought as to the process running behind the scenes to make it all happen.

Usability
Site usability should take into account all levels of users and to make the tools and features accessible and understandable by most novice of users. Site design and layout compliments the functionality and purpose of the site, enhancing the user experience within the capabilities of the browser and bandwidth limitations. The trick to usability is combining ease of use, to satisfy the beginner, and feature-rich, to appease the advanced user.

Stability
Both hardware and efficient coding, along with other factors, play into the stability of the site as a whole. Time, research, and expense will be addressed to the layout of network layout. Throughout the development process, all code and page layout is created and reviewed to insure the quickest and most reliable access.

Administration
The site system as a whole will be built with administrative tools to oversee the traffic, use, and content of sites. With the wholesome nature of the site, administrative checks and balances will help insure a level of content integrity and allow for "super-user" control over all sites. Browser-based tools will allow administrator(s) to watch over the site as a whole and keep the staffing needs at a minimum.

Scalability
All tools and the site as a whole will be built around a modular model, allowing for future tools and features to be created and added at will. Capacity for traffic and user growth will be determined by well thought out network topology and the server environment.

Exceed expectations
Our basic goal is to exceed expectations for both the client and all users of the site. We lay forward what we know we can develop and launch in the given time frame, and try to make each of those tools and features the best they can be. Ongoing research and feedback from users allows us to continue to improve the site and allow for better user experiences.
