Serena, the Ski School of the Year
The electorate has decided Serena Ski School as the Ski School of the Year. Serena Ski School has shown a good example by developing their custom service and marketing for example well covering Internet pages (web site) and by taking good care of their customer relations dependent the special demands and challenges of the small hills in south Finland.
The Ski School has given many working possibilities for the new ski instructors and provides that everybody has the right qualitifications and education to each discipline. Espeically the work for the skilled, the snowboard instructors are outstanding. Also, Serena Ski School has been a good example of how to organize and participate in the ski instructor education made available by the Finnish Ski Instructors Assocation.
The electorate for Finnish Ski Resort includes the members of Finnish Ski Association, Snowboard Association, Telemark Association, Finnish Ski Instructors Association, Finnair, Finnish Tourist Board, SF-Caravan, Cross Country, Finnish Railway, Handicap skiers and members of the press.
